Kelly studied part time for her qualifications whilst gaining valuable experience at a Worcestershire law firm and a national legal service provider. Kelly then qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2013 and further qualified as a Solicitor in 2014. Kelly joined the firm in 2021.

Kelly specialises in Administration of Estate work, in particular complex taxable estates and intestacies. Kelly advises clients about Deputyship applications, ongoing management of affairs under LPAs & registration of EPAs. Kelly also deals with drafting Wills and LPAs.

Kelly is a member of the Institute of Lifetime Lawyers and she is also a Dementia Friend.

When she is not working, Kelly enjoys spending time with her young family and trips away in their caravan. Kelly is also a parent governor at a Worcestershire Primary School.
