Over the past 12 years, Kelly has studied part time for her qualifications whilst gaining valuable experience at a Worcestershire law firm and a national legal service provider. Kelly qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2013 and then further qualified as a Solicitor in 2014.

Kelly specialises in Administration of Estate work, in particular complex taxable estates and intestacies. Kelly advises clients about Deputyship applications, ongoing management of affairs under LPAs & registration of EPAs. Kelly also deals with drafting Wills and LPAs.

Kelly is a member of Solicitors for the Elderly and she is also a Dementia Friend.

When she is not working, Kelly enjoys spending time with her young family and trips away in their caravan. Kelly is also a parent governor at a Worcestershire Primary School.
