Claire Cole

Claire studied Law at university, before training at Gouldens in London. From there Claire worked at Ashurst LLP before moving in house to DHL’s Head Office. There she worked within the legal team supporting operations and HR on employment related issues. Claire then joined Hallmark Whatley Hulme in 2014, and became a Partner in 2019.

Claire advises both employers and employees on all aspects of employment law. This includes restructuring/TUPE; employment tribunal litigation; workplace disputes/settlement agreements

Claire offers clients a cost-effective alternative to the larger law firms, with pragmatic and commercially focused advice designed to meet clients objectives and minimise risk.

Claire is a member of the Employment Law Association; she also gives employment law training within Worcestershire and the surrounding areas. When she is not in the office Claire likes to go to the theatre, she also enjoys running and cycling and spending time with her children
