James works as a Solicitor in our Commercial Property Team. Prior to joining the firm, James worked in-house and at regional and international law firms, obtaining experience in wide variety of commercial property transactions such as freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant, refinancing, and option/promotion and hybrid agreements in relation to residential development schemes on behalf of national housebuilders.
