We have around 40 employees all based on one site in central Worcester with car parking facilities available for staff. Engaging with our staff is really important to us and our Staff Committee meets monthly to organise social events, staff coffee mornings/lunches and Charity fundraisers. We prioritise the health and wellbeing of our employees and have 2 trained Mental Health First Aiders on site.
After successful completion of a probationary period, our remuneration package includes membership of Westfield Health which is a Health Cash Plan providing reimbursement of costs relating to optical, dental, chiropody, and therapy treatments plus a subsidised gym membership. We offer 22 days holiday per year plus the 3 days between Xmas and New Year when the office is closed and an additional Wellbeing Day.Our pension scheme is with Aviva and we pay an employer contribution of 3% and the employee pays 5%.
Vacancy– Litigation solicitor
We have an opening for a general litigation solicitor to work in our Litigation department. Prior experience dealing with contentious probate is desirable.
This role will be office based during probation with the option of some hybrid working thereafter. Our normal office hours are 9am to 5pm with a lunch break from 1-2pm.
