We have around 45 employees all based on one site in central Worcester with car parking facilities available for staff. We are proud to offer hybrid working arrangements for certain roles with some staff successfully splitting their working week between office and home. Our remuneration package includes an additional long service holiday award, membership of a health scheme and a non-contractual bonus scheme. We prioritise the health and wellbeing of our employees and have 2 trained Mental Health First Aiders on site. We also offer staff a Wellbeing Day each year in addition to their annual holiday entitlement. Engaging with our staff is really important and our Staff Committee meets regularly to organise staff social events and Charity fundraisers.
Litigation Paralegal or Solicitor
We have a vacancy for a Solicitor/CILEX or experienced paralegal to join our litigation team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving department with high quality work. Part time hours will be considered, and the firm offers hybrid working arrangements. Whilst all levels of experience will be considered , this vacancy would ideally suit a solicitor with 1-3 years PQE or a paralegal with a minimum 2 years’ litigation experience.
